A Chip-Flavored Challenge: American Legion Rallies Support for “Salute Our Veterans” Bags

As we honor our nation’s heroes with our specialty “Salute Our Veterans” bags, we also pay our respects to the American Legion.

Kim Mellie, general manager of American Legion Unit #174 and president of the Ladies Auxiliary, has issued a “Chip Challenge” to other West Virginia American Legion units and other service groups to purchase our specialty bags.

This challenge brings us much closer to achieving our goal of selling 250,000 Veterans-themed bags, which is estimated to raise as much as $100,000 in proceeds for the United Service Organization (USO). The USO is a private, non-profit organization that supports the well-being of America’s military service members.

It’s an honor to have our products supported by an organization that’s so instrumental in the lives of our nation’s heroes, and such a staple of our local communities and businesses. We hope you’ll join in on this crisp, delicately salted challenge!
